The Sky Now Dim

Note for the reader: For an indepth undersanding of this poem, please read slowly and if you wished you can click the play botton at the end of the page for the music sound. This was not meant to be a poem, but like many things it turned into one, so please bear with me and read to the end..

Thank you..

The stars are glowing, the silence is engulfing, the thought is higher and the mind in peace

Words are few and thoughts are great

Here, birds flutter, clouds race, while a sand storm soars

A scope of mud, a walking flesh

A living tree, a rose, a fruit

A man like me

Give to life what hath not oft been given and except from it the breath of Peace

For they grant a soul a poison on gold and cause its sight its loss of sight

The ship sunk in the depth of the seas, in darkness, cold, shattered

On its once conquered tides to float no more

Hidden beneath a blue sky, forgotten

Aged under its own remnants and prints

The water now still, peaceful, and warm

The tides in rest before their sleeping sun

Mountains, shores and sail boats, sailing to the unknown

From the heights to the decay of time

The wind tender, cool, full of life

Is this the breathing of the lost or the ones who have just been found

Thy soul

This heavenly thing

A breath of life, in it’s stillness, yet still I hear it sing

The sky now dim

The sun has left me in the coming of the night

And a moon‘s arrival is within the departure of its days

Glowing stars, solitude, stillness, peace, comfort

Now all is seen

Day from night pulled apart

And life from death enduring the showers of their skies

The clouds no more silent in their silence

And the shores no more of water in their seductive motions

The work of God

An art of love

Thy mind, thy soul, thy essence, sunk beneath the heavens

Gasping for light from above these stars

Turning towards the sunset in hope

Turning to the coming of light

Every night a dream of love

As I, to my love I turn

Drunk in the love of this heavenly Mist
